- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪State farm is one of the few companies that count Roadside assistance calls against you. They consider each assistance call a hard report claim on your file. Additionally they report these as claims to other insurance companies causing you to have higher premiums for the next several years. Our premiums raised almost 200 per month for us and our daughters, 5 drivers total, one non-fault accident where my daughter was backed in to, and four Roadside Calls. And they cancelled us.
